At Tentree, we want you to love your sustainable gear, but if something isn't right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of purchase to ensure your complete satisfaction. Every return still supports our mission, as we maintain our commitment to planting ten trees for every item ordered.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid sustainable shipping label provided at the end of the request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your unworn, unwashed items with original tags into the original reusable mailer or a box of your choice and secure the label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
